Terms:

• To qualify for a loyalty card, all athletes Must complete a minimum 2 sessions per week (not include private sessions)
• Loyalty cards will be valid for 5 weeks from the date of purchase.  Athletes not completing a minimum of 2 sessions per week will be required to purchase a casual pass.
• Each week you attend, your loyalty card will be clipped indicating you have been to training.
• Loyalty cards are valid for group classes only including gym. (Not valid for private classes).
• Please carefully confirm you have booked the correct appointment type. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment or class time. Kidz On Track reserves the right to change our services and prices without notice.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that life’s full of surprises, and sometimes plans change. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Giving us a call ahead of time not only helps us, but it could also brighten someone else’s day by freeing up a slot for them. We strive to avoid fees whenever possible. However, if you’re unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice before missing your appointment, your payment will be non-refundable and not rescheduled. This policy is in place to help us manage our schedule and ensure we can continue providing top-notch training to all our clients.
